Ceird AI is a digital information business operated by an individual sole proprietor, based in Nebraska, United States. It is not a company, an agency, a school or a government body. In these terms, "Ceird AI", "we" and "us" mean that business, and "you" means the person using the site.

Ceird AI publishes reference information about skilled-trade careers: occupational wage data, licensing and regulatory requirements, registered apprenticeship programs, training programs, funding opportunities and career pathways.

All of it is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, immigration or professional advice, and it is not a determination about you. Requirements vary by state, by locality and by employer, and they change over time. Always confirm a requirement with the responsible authority before you rely on it or pay for anything.

We publish figures with their sources and verification dates, and we withhold records that do not meet our publication standard. Where a record is qualified or incomplete, that is shown alongside it rather than smoothed over.

Even so, we cannot guarantee that any figure is current, complete or free of error, and our coverage is not exhaustive — some occupations, states and localities are not covered at all. A missing record means we have no published information, not that no requirement exists.

Ceird AI does not guarantee employment, an apprenticeship placement, admission to a training program, the award of any licence, credential or certification, a scholarship, grant or other funding, or any particular earnings.

Every one of those decisions is made by a third party — an employer, a sponsor, a school, a licensing board or a funding administrator — applying its own criteria. We have no part in those decisions and no influence over them. Eligibility for funding or a program is always determined by the organization that administers it.

Ceird AI includes an AI assistant that answers questions using only the records published on this site, with links to their official sources. Its answers are generated text and can be wrong or incomplete. It is a way to navigate our records, not a source of advice, and it does not replace the official source it cites.

The guide is available to signed-in users and is subject to a daily question allowance.

Browsing is public and needs no account. An account is needed to keep a plan and to reach products you have bought. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure, and for what is done through your account.

Saved plans and purchases are personal to your account and are not transferable. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or to interfere with the service.

Digital products are sold as one-time purchases. The product page shows the contents, format, version and price before you pay, and the price shown at checkout is the authoritative price. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details.

Delivery is electronic and immediate. Once payment is confirmed the product appears in your account with a download link and a receipt is emailed to the address you gave. Access is tied to your account.

Your purchase includes a licence to use the product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, publish or share the files, or use them to build a competing product.

The version you bought stays available to you as it was at purchase. A revised version is offered as a separate product. The digital product & refund policy forms part of these terms and explains delivery, final sales and the situations in which we refund or replace a purchase.

Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the site, to access data or accounts that are not yours, or to extract the research database in bulk, whether by scraping, automated querying or any other means. Do not misrepresent information from this site as advice about a specific person's situation.

The site is provided as it is and may be unavailable at times, including while research is being refreshed. We may add, change or withdraw content, and we may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date above shows when it was last prepared.

Ceird AI is operated as a sole proprietorship from Nebraska, United States, trading as Ceird AI at ceirdai.com. The proprietor's individual legal name and street address are not published here; they are provided to the payment provider during account verification.
